affiliated entities.) TRIAD is an asset management consulting firm formed by practitioners to address our
client’s need for optimized asset performance. TRIAD takes the issue of privacy very seriously. This Policy is
intended to help you understand how TRIAD collects, uses and safeguards the information we collect. This
Policy governs all forms of Personal Information collected by TRIAD whether electronic, written or oral. By
accessing our website or providing your information to us, you accept and agree to the practices described in
